We are looking for an Mobile Plumber who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Mobile Plumber to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
As the Mobile Plumber, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Plumber, will be responsible for:

Maintain, service, and repair mechanical installations including:
-
Ventilation systems (AHU, intake/extract)
-
Heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs)
-
Water system assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters).

Deliver the highest standard of client service by responding promptly to queries and keeping clients informed of site activities during service visits.

Identify, report, and document any defects or issues found during inspections and repairs.
-
Accurately complete all work-related documentation, including inspection reports, remedial work logs, and maintenance records in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work procedures, and safe working practices during all site activities.

Perform manual handling tasks safely, including working at heights and in confined spaces.

Use mobile devices and IT systems to access job information, update records, and communicate effectively.
To be successful for this Mobile Plumber role you must have:

Valid full driving licence.

IT literate with experience using mobile devices and basic software applications.

Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds Level 3 or Level 5, NVQ, HNC, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of work.

Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and confined spaces.

Good verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.

Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
