Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential / House Building

With the continued growth of the South West Region, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding team.
About the Role: You'll support the delivery of residential projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Reporting to a Commercial Manager, you’ll handle all commercial aspects—from procurement and contract administration to valuations, reporting, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage supply chain contracts and budgets

Prepare and negotiate variations and final accounts

Conduct site visits to measure and value completed works

Produce procurement schedules and cost reports

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams

Support junior team members
What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
-
Experience in residential construction
-
Excellent communication, analytical, and IT skills
-
Highly organised and detail-oriented
-
Full UK driving licence
Offering a salary up to £75,000 + package depending on experience, with private medical insurance, life insurance and annual bonus.
