This is an outstanding opportunity for a Senior QS looking to step up on a flagship student accommodation project in Exeter with a major Tier 1 contractor.
You’ll be embedded in a strong commercial structure, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager and playing a hands-on role in subcontract procurement, cost planning, valuations, and reporting.
