PSR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for an ongoing labourer role based on a busy construction site in Southampton. You'll join a friendly, safety-focused team working on varied projects from groundworks to finishing tasks. This position offers steady hours and the chance to develop your on-site skills with a reputable contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Assist tradespeople with general labouring duties (mixing cement, moving materials, site cleaning)
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely
Maintain a tidy work area and dispose of waste in line with site procedures
Follow site Health & Safety protocols at all times
Candidate Requirements
Valid CSCS Labourer card
Recent DBS check (within the last 3 years)
Proven experience on construction sites or similar manual-handling roles
Good physical fitness and ability to carry heavy loads
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
