Job Title: Remedial Plumber
Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £37k + Training & Benefits
Due to recently winning new contracts, our client is seeking a multi-skilled Remedial Plumber, with experience working within a Water Hygiene / Legionella company. This is a reputable, rapidly-growing company who can offer great training prospects as well as work outside of London and the M25. It is a necessity for applicants to hold the G3 ticket as well as ACOP L8 & HSG 274 knowledge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a medium-sized outfit, with ambitions to grow their presence. Experience / Qualifications:
- Must be qualified with the NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, and it would be beneficial to hold the Level 3
- It is essential to hold the G3 Vented & Unvented
- Strong knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
- Flexible to travel in line with client requirements
- Good written and IT skills
- Will have worked across a range of commercial, industrial and public sector client sites
The Role:
- Deadleg removals
- Valve installations
- TMV servicing and replacements
- Tank installations and refurbishments
- Unvented cylinder installations
- Cleans & disinfections on CWST
- POU heater installations
- Expansion vessel servicing and installations
- Pipework adjustments and re-routes
- Calorifier inspections
- Water sampling
- Temperature monitoring
- Identifying system faults and making recommendations for works
- Completing detailed service reports
- Working to agreed deadlines and budgets
