As a Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the delivery of construction projects, support junior members and act as the key client contact. What we are looking for:

A degree level in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management or a similar field.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in running your own projects, Quantity Surveying / Project Management for either a Construction Company, Private Practice or related businesses.

Ideally, a member of the RICS, or a commitment to achieve the creditation within a few years of starting the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking the lead on a range of construction projects and supervising the the work of the assistants and apprentices in your team , and help them fulfill their potential.

Take the lead as the main point of contact with the project client and other consultants from the design team.

Working independently and taking responsibility for the successful delivery of all projects that you work on.

Managing multiple projects simultaneously and developing excellent time management strategies.

Actively looking to take on additional responsibility and able to stand in for the Associate or Senior QS when they are unavailable.
