The Role
• Oversee a range of steel-frame commercial & industrial schemes
• Office-based in Birmingham with regular Midlands site visits
• Full QS duties from procurement through to final account
• Self-managed role reporting directly to the Construction Director
• Commercial responsibility for 26 jobs depending on scale
What they're looking for
• 2+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Main Contracting experience
• Experience working on steel frame, commercial, or industrial build projects
• Based within commuting distance of Quinton (office-based role)
