The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a central role in delivering outstanding cost consultancy services to clients, with a focus on service excellence and achieving positive project outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for the full range of pre- and post-contract duties, including:

Cost planning and estimating

Procurement advice and tender management

Contract administration and post-contract cost control

Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts

Building and maintaining strong client relationships
You’ll be working on projects typically valued between £5m and £50m, and your input will directly contribute to the success and profitability of the business.
What You’ll Need

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent practical experience)

MRICS or MCIOB is highly desirable

Experience working within a consultancy environment

A solid track record on projects valued between £5m–£50m

Excellent commercial and client-facing skills
-
Proactive approach and ability to manage workload independently
