Nexum Group are looking for a plumber to work on residential new build projects across the Bracknell area. Due to ongoing expansion, we are looking for a skilled Plumber with experience in 1st and 2nd fix installations on new build houses and small blocks of flats.
🔨 Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out 1st fix plumbing installations: pipework, soil stacks, and cold/hot water systems
- Perform 2nd fix tasks: fitting sanitary ware, kitchens, and final plumbing fixtures
- Ensure all work complies with current building and water regulations
- Work effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Liaise with site managers and other trades as required
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing on new build residential projects
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
- Own tools and transport (van preferred)
- Valid CSCS card (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
