Senior Quantity Surveyor – Highways – Leeds - £70k + Package

Working on a highways framework, there are two schemes aimed at improving “active travel” for pedestrians and cyclists in high speed travel zones. The two projects total £12m in value and being constructed under NEC4 Option C. There will also be the opportunity to help train and develop a more junior member of staff providing you with managerial responsibilities for your career development.
You will be involved with these projects from day one, working closely with the client, managing contractual risk and opportunity, developing/procuring the supply chain and commercially delivering alongside the operational teams through to final account.
This will be a site based role working with a privately owned tier one contractor who pride themselves on looking after their staff, providing both work/life balance and career progression opportunities.
