A leading international consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and expanding team working on high-profile infrastructure and construction projects. Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary firm known for delivering excellence in cost management and project delivery. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to support the commercial success of their projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.

Conduct tender evaluations and contract administration.

Monitor project progress, cost control, and reporting.

Liaise with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and consultants.

Provide risk analysis and value engineering input.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

Proven experience in cost consultancy or client-side QS role.
-
Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., NEC, JCT, FIDIC).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Professional membership or working toward (RICS, CIOB, etc.) is a plus.
