The Role
Our client is now seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contribution will directly impact project success and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage accurate cost plans, estimates, and valuations

Monitor project budgets and identify commercial risks and opportunities

Handle subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and account management

Manage variations, interim applications, and final accounts

Liaise closely with site teams and senior management to support timely project delivery

Ensure compliance with commercial and contractual obligations

What they require:

Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction, preferably groundworks or modular

Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail

Familiarity with NEC or JCT contracts
-
Effective communication and negotiation skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
-
Full UK driving licence
