A Quantity Surveyor is required to support infrastructure projects across the Yorkshire and North West regions, providing commercial management and contract administration on either a major scheme or several smaller projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer subcontract packages, including procurement, change control, and valuations

Manage contract correspondence and issue notices in line with NEC contracts

Produce monthly cost reports, CVRs, and maintain accurate cost plans

Support operational teams with site records and commercial compliance

Attend progress and risk meetings, contributing commercial insight
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and construction processes

Proficiency in systems such as Excel, CEMAR, Oracle

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar, ideally with (or working toward) MRICS/MCIOB
-
CSCS card required
