They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a Subcontracts Specialist - Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the Netherlands.

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Experience in managing subcontracts and procurement.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements:
- Ability to manage budgets and cost controls.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and resolve disputes.
- Prepare and review contracts and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and control costs within the subcontracted scope.
