Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage 3D BIM models, CSD & ISD drawings, and construction documentation.
- Perform MEPF clash detection, resolve design issues, and ensure standards compliance (ISO19650).
- Mentor project teams, manage BIM modelers, and conduct training.
- Support tenders with Pre-Contract BEPs, cost estimates, and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of BIM experience with MEPF focus.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, and ISO/BIM standards.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
