The job role of a banksman/signaller involves the following duties: Directing the movement of vehicles on a work site. Recommending and laying out safe, on-site traffic systems. Providing clear, correct and safe directions to plant operators.
Work closely alongside the lifting team on a construction site to ensure that all lifting operations, attaches and detaches loads to and from cranes, and directs crane movements are being carried out safely
