JOB DESCRIPTION
· Prepare tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
· Conduct feasibility studies and prepare accurate cost estimations for projects.
· Perform cost analysis and provide advice on procurement strategies.
· Track project budgets and ensure expenditures remain within approved limits.
· Monitor, evaluate, and report variations, valuations, and overall project progress.
· Coordinate and liaise with clients, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
· Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage related payments.
· Prepare and analyze costings for tenders and proposals.
· Negotiate contracts, timelines, and work schedules with stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and quality standards.
· Provide guidance on contractual claims and disputes.
· Support project planning, cost control, and risk management activities.
· Conduct quality checks to ensure materials and work meet required standards.
· Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
· Proficiency in cost estimating software and MS Office applications.
· Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
