What you will be doing:
As a Service Technician Plumber for Culligan, you will be performing installs, services, repairs & maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.
- Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerised diagnostics & general technical experience.
- Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
- Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and if required follow up and further appointments arranged.
- Providing exceptional customer service!

What we are looking for:
- Qualified Plumber with full trade qualifications.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, including installations, repairs, servicing, and maintenance - such as water, coffee, appliances
- Valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated ability in fault finding and diagnostics or willing to learn
- Enthusiastic team player dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and efficient issue resolution.
A pre-employment medical, including a health, drug and alcohol assessment, is required for this position and is part of our selection process.
