Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Structural Engineer to lead the structural design and coordination of complex, large-scale projects. This role requires a strong leader with deep technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while ensuring the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and code-compliant structural solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis across all project phases, from concept to construction.
• Develop structural concepts from first principles and oversee detailed design and IFC packages.
• Manage multidisciplinary coordination and ensure alignment with architectural and engineering teams.
• Conduct value engineering and risk mitigation strategies to optimize design and performance.
• Supervise site activities, review shop drawings, and resolve construction-related issues.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Ensure compliance with local and international codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Valid SOE and Dubai Municipality (G+12) license.
• 8–10 years of relevant post-graduate experience in structural engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of ACI, AISC, ASCE, and Dubai Building Code.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
