Senior Quantity Surveyor – Citywest, Dublin

• Salary up to €95,000 + DOE
• Residential project | 2+ years in duration

Our client, an established Residential Developer based in Dublin are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor who is looking to take the next step in their career to join the team.

This is a permanent position and as this company continues to grow you will have an opportunity to establish yourself at a great time in its expansion. It is expected that the person hired for this role will play a key part in the company going forward as it grows. 

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, construction management or related field.
• Experience on site, preferably in residential developments or with a main contractor.  
• You will need 5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• A Full Clean Drivers License
