Senior Quantity Surveyor

Essence of the job:

Our client is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Quantity Surveyor is required for commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of cost planning, contract administration, and financial reporting. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone ready to drive commercial performance and mentor junior QS staff.

Qualification:

NDip or BSc in Quantity Surveying.

Registered or eligible for SACQSP and ASAQS.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 7+ years QS experience (commercial buildings essential).

2+ years in a senior or leadership role.

Strong command of construction contracts and cost control tools.

Advanced skills in Excel and QS software (e.g., BuildSmart, CCS).
