Your Role:

• Oversee cost and value reporting at project and business unit levels.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, budgets, and commercial strategies.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, financial accounting, and client negotiations.
• Supervise and mentor junior Quantity Surveyors, fostering team growth.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with commercial best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in civil engineering, with strong knowledge of contracts and Construction Law.
• Proven track record in managing commercial processes and mentoring teams.
• Expertise in monthly reporting, earned value analysis, and cost control.
• A proactive leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.
