Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in conceptual design, space planning, material selection, and project management. They will be responsible for managing design projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.

• Lead the design process, from concept development to execution, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.
  
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and space planning solutions.
  
• Prepare and review detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, etc.).
  
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes, ensuring alignment with project aesthetics and budget.
  
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Oversee on-site installation and construction progress, addressing any design-related issues that arise.
  
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and team members.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in interior design.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record in commercial, residential, or hospitality projects.
  
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
  
• Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and building codes.
  
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
