Senior Construction Manager

• The opportunity

  Mace Interiors team are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join the successful business. We are looking for somebody that can show they have a successful history of winning work as well as delivering on site.

  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Have held a similar level role and have extensive experience in a Construction Fit-Out environment for a main contractor.

  • Supporting the preconstruction and construction teams in all aspects of construction delivery associated with your allocated package or area.

  • Managing of the subcontractors.

  • Managing and leading the health and safety standard.

  • Liaising with the Mace design management team to resolve build ability issues.

  • Delivering the work packages in line with programme constraints, quality standards and budgets.

  • Managing of client inspections and sign offs of work elements.

  • Achieving all business unit and Mace KPI's.

  • Chairing regular safety, production and quality meetings.

  • Maintaining high quality records.

  
  

About you

You have a degree qualification or construction related diploma/relevant trade background qualification. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
