A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a leading electrical engineering company on a major pharmaceutical project. Our client is trusted by global clients to deliver critical projects across sectors such as pharmaceutical, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing.

You will be working on a high-profile, fast-paced build where electrical systems play a vital role in cleanroom functionality, GMP compliance, and operational performance.

Your Role:

• Assist in managing the commercial aspects of the electrical scope on a live pharmaceutical project.
• Support in the preparation of cost estimates, tender documents, and subcontractor packages.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flows to ensure profitability and value delivery.
• Review and manage change orders, variations, and interim valuations.
• Liaise with project managers and site teams to align commercial and technical objectives.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, procurement processes, and project timelines.
• Prepare monthly reports, final accounts, and support in dispute resolution when necessary.

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field.
• Experience in electrical contracting is advantageous, but training will be provided.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and commercial acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools an advantage.
