Quantity Surveyor – Little Island, Cork

Contract position-Up to August but could be extended (Paid weekly)

Projects: Utilities-Street lighting projects

• Salary up to €80,000

Role responsibilities:

• Assist with sub-contractor procurement and contract setup.
• Prepare and submit monthly payment applications.
• Issue early warning notices and manage compensation events.
• Submit invoices, ensure timely payments, and authorize sub-contractor payments.
• Monitor project costs, prepare CVR and weekly valuation reports, and attend necessary meetings.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years Professional Experience
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline.
• Drivers license
