Requirement

My client are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of on site projects, from initiation through to completion.

Day-to-day

As a Quantity Surveyor, your day-to-day activities will involve analysing project specifications, preparing tender documents, conducting site visits, reviewing contractor submissions, and providing ongoing financial and contractual advice to project teams. You will also collaborate with various members of the team, both client side and internally to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary and contractual requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience in quantity surveying, fitout, and refurbishment projects
• Strong knowledge of construction roles, practices, and procedures
• Proficiency in quantity surveyor software and tools
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Certification from a recognized professional body is a plus
