The Company:
This refreshing, and well-financed contractor has a healthy client list of HNWI and a very busy order book. The business has circa 8-10 projects at any one time, which are a mixture of basements, ground works, new builds to full house refurbs and fit-outs. Not your traditional construction contractor - not obsessed with hierarchy. Performance and awarding recognition. Forward thinking.
Responsibilities:
Will generally have responsibility for 2 sites, sometimes 3, from contract award to handover. The role will involve managing the client, architect, engineer, designer etc. timelines, budget, materials for specified projects. Very much an office-based role.
This would suit someone who is still learning their craft who they can nurture, and grow further in the business.
