Job Title: Plumbing & Heating Engineer
Location: Lincolnshire-based with some Travel (Field-Based Role)
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 DOE + Company Van + 25 Days Holiday + Tools + Progression

The RoleWe’re recruiting for a Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to join the team, ideally based in Lincolnshire. This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll be working across both commercial and public sector sites, carrying out maintenance and reactive works.
Importantly, you’ll also support with pricing jobs, site surveys, and quoting for works, helping the business win and deliver projects effectively. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a position with more responsibility and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing, fault-finding, and repairs on plumbing and heating systems
Undertake site surveys and assist in pricing/quoting for new jobs and projects
Maintain and install pipework, valves, radiators, hot water systems, and controls
Work across a range of commercial and public sector buildings
Complete site reports and mobile job logs clearly and accurately
Ensure all work complies with relevant health & safety standards
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent) – essential
Strong plumbing installation and maintenance background (commercial or domestic)
Experience pricing or quoting jobs
Full UK driving licence
Based in Lincolnshire with flexibility to travel (occasional overnight stays required)
Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
