We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit an Plumber. You will be working in various commercial premises including retail.

Role:

• To undertake Plumbing installation and maintenance works alongside the Mechanical team whilst operating in compliance with company policy and procedure.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience post apprenticeship, in depth knowledge of all plumbing installation works, good computer literacy and ability to use industry software for completing reports.
• Always Representing the company in a professional and competent manner and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Delivery of Plumbing installation and maintenance works on site in compliance with the agreed project specification and within agreed timescales.
• Liaison with the Project Manager at all times striving to ensure that project works are delivered on time, snag free and to the agreed specification.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, HSE management systems, procedures, or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all colleagues and sub-contractors follow safe systems of work on site.
• Striving to achieve snag free completion and where snagging occurs to ensure it is resolved within 6 working days.
• Identification and resolution of repair, maintenance and installation issues that may affect project delivery.
• Comply with any other reasonable management instruction.

Person:

• NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3: Plumbing and Heating Engineering
• Domestic & commercial plumbing experience
• Experience in working with pressfit and geberit copper, stainless steel and chrome pipe work
• Experience in working with plastic and cast-iron drainage systems, including drain testing
• Experience with all sanitary ware installations
• Experience in working with malleable iron pipe work
• Experience in 1st, 2nd fix plumbing installation
• Experience in working within large scale plantrooms an plant installation.
• Corgi registered
• Gas Safe Certified
• Legionella City and Guilds
• Approved City and Guilds in plumbing
• CSCS Card Holder
• PASMA Card Holder
• Full UK Driving License

Package:

• Base salary of £36,300
• Vehicle
• Travel - Travel Paid door to door
