Plumber

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Plumbers for projects located in the Broomfield, CO area. This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is $27-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Conduct radon testing and assessments to determine radon levels in buildings
• Design and install radon mitigation systems based on test results and building specifications
• Perform diagnostic testing to determine the most effective mitigation methods
• Seal foundation cracks and openings to prevent radon infiltration
• Install ventilation and depressurization systems to reduce indoor radon levels
• Ensure compliance with local state and federal radon mitigation regulations
• Maintain and service existing radon mitigation systems as needed
• Educate clients on radon risks mitigation techniques and system maintenance
• Document work performed and provide reports to clients and regulatory agencies
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment PPE

• 4+ years of experience
• Experience in Radon Mitigation
• Valid driver's license
