PL01 Licensed Plumber

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced PL01 Licensed Plumbers for projects located in and around Lynnwood, WA.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $65/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Plumber and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Excavate, Lay and Backfill Plumbing Piping for Building Sewer, Storm, and Water Service
• Connect to Municipal Utilities and Coordinate with Civil Contractors for Site Utility Tie-ins
• Install Domestic Cold and Hot Water Distribution Systems
• Install DWV (Drain, Waste, Vent) Systems
• Pressure Test Systems per Local Code Prior to Concealment
• Coordinate with other Trades for Wall/Floor Penetrations and Firestopping 
• Provide and Install Plumbing Fixtures (Toilets, Sinks, Showers, Tubs, Faucets, Disposals) 
• Ensure ADA Compliance in Designated Units
• Install all Connections to Water and Sanitary Lines
• Install Water Heaters, Boosters, Circulation Pumps, Back-flow Preventers, Sump Pumps, and Storm Water Systems
• Install Grease Traps for Shared Kitchens or Commercial Units
• Perform Pressure and Flow Tests on Water Supply Systems 
• Conduct Sewer Line Inspections using Camera Testing
• Connect Fixtures and Appliances to Final Water and Drainage Lines
• Perform System Start-up and Check for Leaks or Defects
• Install Trim Kits and Finishing Components According to Specification Sheets

Requirements:

• • WA State PL01 Plumber's License
  • Strong Experience with Full-Cycle Plumbing System Installations on Multi-Unit Residential or Commercial Projects
  • Familiarity with ADA Standards and Local Plumbing Codes
  • Ability to Read and Interpret Blueprints and Plumbing Schematics
  • Reliable and Punctual
  • Good Communication and Coordination Skills
