Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced New Construction Residential Plumber for all phases (Soil, Top Out, Gas & Trim) in Phoenix who is passionate about their work and enjoys working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in new residential construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Install residential plumbing systems in new construction buildings.
  • Read blueprints and follow plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Work with other members of the construction team to ensure successful project completion.
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing malfunctions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients and address any concerns they may have.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest plumbing techniques and technologies.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in new residential construction.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
