Overview:

My client is an independent building consultancy operating across the UK, with teams delivering surveying and project services across sectors including housing, heritage, healthcare, learning, industrial, retail, leisure, commercial, defence, and infrastructure. They’re looking for an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Manchester team in a project-focused role. This is well-suited to someone looking for a flexible, delivery-oriented environment with a clear focus on quality of work.

The Role:

You’ll be joining a director-led team known for its hands-on, senior involvement in projects. The current focus in Manchester is on building safety and fire-related project work, though the wider team works across a variety of sectors and property types. The role is project management–heavy, with emphasis on contract administration and client delivery. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own workload while being part of a collaborative, experienced group.
