Mid-Weight Interior Designer
Location: London, UK
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 p/annum

The studio specializes in luxury, high-end residential projects in the UK and internationally and are passionate about creating stunning, bespoke interiors, delivered to the highest quality. Our client are looking for a talented and agile interior designer to join their growing team. This opportunity would be ideal for a very competent Junior Interior Designer or Mid-Weight Interior Designer with proven experience in the high-end, luxury residential sector who is confident using Vectorworks, InDesign, and Estimac.

Office:
- Location: Central London studio
- Hours: Full-time in office, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Duties:
- Assist and take direction from senior designers and directors in scheming, sourcing, sampling, and budgeting.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients.
- Manage FF&E and interior architectural elements of projects from conception through to installation, including procurement.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive schedules, including hard finishes and bathroom specifications.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and consultants as needed, with or without directors.
- Support the team in delivering projects efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of interior design experience in the luxury residential sector
- Proficiency in Vectorworks (3D), InDesign, and Estimac.
- Strong experience in FF&E design, presentations, specification, management, and procurement, including working within client budgets.
- Ability to read, draft, and comment on technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, bathrooms, kitchens, fitted joinery, and furniture design.
- Excellent design and communication skills, with confidence in presenting to both colleagues and clients.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to multi-task across several projects simultaneously.
