Landscape – BIM Coordinator (MEP & Civil)

Location – Madurai, Tamilnadu.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
• Extensive experience working on Gulf projects preferred
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Civil.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the BIM team to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Oversee the development and implementation of BIM standards and protocols
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to integrate BIM processes into project workflows
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to ensure BIM models meet project requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology
