Essential Responsibilities:

Oversee and participate in all phases of the design process, ensuring high-quality, detail-oriented work.
Manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced studio environment while mentoring and supporting team members.
Lead project management efforts, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Prepare comprehensive construction document packages, ensuring compliance with submittal processes and industry standards.
Provide construction observation and site detailing expertise, ensuring seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in a Landscape Architecture firm with a strong portfolio.
Project Management experience.
Ability to lead multiple tasks in a fast-paced studio environment.
Strong technical and design skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SketchUp, Lumion, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of local planting and hardscape materials, site grading, and construction principles.
Excellent graphic communication skills, including both digital and hand-drawing techniques.
Registered or Licensed is a plus
