Landscape Architect

We're thrilled to invite a passionate and experienced Landscape Architect to join our vibrant team! In this exciting role, you’ll play a crucial part in reviewing development submissions to ensure they align with our robust landscape and irrigation standards. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to creating design plans that fulfill code requirements. While plan review and development will be your main focus, there will be ample opportunities to engage in landscape design work as well.

In addition, this position will work closely with our Public Works and Park team. We’re looking for someone who is not only experienced but also enthusiastic about landscape architecture, sustainable xeriscaping, and thoughtful urban design.

This position comes with a flexible hybrid work schedule, allowing for two remote workdays and three days in the office (after the designated training period). A valid Colorado driver's license is needed to use a shared City vehicle.

Master’s degree in landscape architecture, planning, urban design or related field from an accredited college or university and two years of experience in landscape design or planning. Or, bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, planning, urban design or related field from an accredited college or university with three years of landscape design or planning experience. 

An equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered. 

Must possess a valid driver's license.
