Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions, with a strong command of 2D and 3D design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive 2D AutoCAD drawings including:

• Civil layout

• Furniture layout

• Electrical layout

• Ceiling and plumbing layouts

• Elevations and detailed working drawings

• Create high-quality 3D visuals and renders using 3ds Max and V-Ray

• Develop concept boards, material palettes, and mood boards

• Collaborate with clients, site supervisors, vendors, and the design team

• Conduct site visits and measure actual spaces to create accurate as-built drawings

• Coordinate design intent with execution teams on-site

• Maintain timelines and ensure delivery of quality design output

Skills Required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) for detailed working drawings

• Expert in 3ds Max, V-Ray for realistic rendering

• Knowledge of Photoshop and CorelDRAW for presentation and editing

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and site coordination

• Excellent visualization, detailing, and drafting skills

• Good communication and presentation abilities

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Working Conditions

• Location: Office based in Airoli; site visits as needed

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Type: Full-time (In-office role only)
