YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR ENERGY AUDITOR - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

As an Energy Auditor - Construction Manager, your day commences with the leadership of a proficient team in conducting a comprehensive energy audit. This involves a detailed assessment of various aspects such as insulation, duct sealing, and lighting upgrades to enhance energy efficiency. Efficiently delegating tasks to your team members, you ensure uniformity in approach and unwavering commitment to quality. Throughout the auditing process, you adeptly coordinate the schedule and maintain transparent communication with the homeowner, thereby ensuring their continual understanding and confidence. Your end-to-end management guarantees a seamless and efficient completion of the project, resulting in optimal home performance.

While working in this full-time auditing role, you work on small-scale residential projects Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Each project lasts one day, and you typically handle four jobs each week.

REQUIREMENTS

• BPI trained
• Valid driver's license

The following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience managing a crew onsite during projects
• Hands-on construction project management experience
• Skilled in customer interaction and communicating project scope
