We are a specialist fit-out construction contractor, working with blue-chip clients in the pharmaceutical, data centre, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Construction Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the delivery of high-quality projects across the EU.

Your Role:

As Construction Manager, you will take full responsibility for site operations from start to finish. Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and the client team, your focus will be on delivering quality, safety, and programme adherence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day site operations and site teams

• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments

• Driving quality standards and compliance with specifications and drawings

• Managing client and consultant relationships onsite

• Leading HSE initiatives and maintaining a culture of safety

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Construction Manager role, ideally in fit-out or advanced construction sectors

• Excellent understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and quality control

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines under pressure

• Willingness to travel and work on projects across the EU

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, cleanroom, or technical fit-out environments is a strong advantage

• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline
