Job Description
Job Title:
Construction Manager.
Qualification:
Degree or BTech (Civil, Elec, Mech) (copies of results to be provided).
Registered with ECSA as a Professional (copy of registration to be provided), and/or Registered with SACPCMP (PrCPM advantageous) (copy of registration to be provided).
Minimum Requirements:
Have a strong technical background in water infrastructure construction engineering, as well as excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work independently.
Effectively managed multidisciplinary infrastructure construction projects, with active and effective communication, and stakeholders at all levels, and managed project risks and issues.
Must be able to guide and lead supporting staff.
Have knowledge of construction processes and standards, as well as experience with contract management and project budgeting.
Understanding and/or experience in managing FIDIC-based construction projects.
Excellent leadership and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
Must have MS Office experience.
