The Construction Manager (“CM”) will be responsible for the successful completion of construction activities. Consistency in administration of client’s construction contract, application of safety standards, compliance with codes, project reporting and management construction inspection personnel are the main priorities. The CM will liaise with field personnel, attend meetings, report out on progress (including production, safety, quality, environment and schedule), and mentor and support inspection personnel and office support staff. The CM will be a key role in the review and evaluation of change order requests and the overall application of the construction contract.
