Job Description

 Responsibilities

l  Responsible for the overall planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring site quality and progress standards

l  Monitor and supervise the construction progress and ensure that all construction progress is carried out as planned and in good condition

l  Approve the contractor's planning work, monitor and supervise their work performance, and ensure compliance with contract requirements

l  Review and audit technical files submitted by consultants and contractors

l  Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and prepare reports on project progress and quality

l  Maintain records and documentation of completed projects

l  Implement and maintain the Quality Management Manual (QA/QC Manual)

l  Design, develop and implement comprehensive project management training programs tailored to various skill levels and organizational needs

l  Conduct training courses, workshops and seminars on project management tools and techniques

l  Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and collaboration with department heads to ensure alignment with company goals

l  Evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback surveys and evaluations, and adjust and improve future plans

l  Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees seeking to improve their project management skills

l  Stay current with industry trends and project management best practices to continually improve training content

l  Work closely with team members, including mentoring other team members

l  Prepare and submit project reports and updates to management

 

Requirements:

l  Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant disciplines

l  At least 10 years' solid experience in construction management and planning, contract administration, site co-ordination and control

l  Membership in HKIE/MICE/MCIBSE/MCIOB is preferred

l  Master of project administration, quality management and site controls measures

l  Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

l  Independent, proactive, result-oriented, well-organized and detail-minded

l  Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

 

We’d like to have those with Mainland China project experience gained from developers.  This position will put under our Cost, Engineering & Safety Department, reporting directly to the department head.  Budget around 60-80K, depending on relevant experience.  Kindly if you can let me have those suitable CVs asap.  Thanks!
