Construction Labourers
OneStaffThe Role
You'll be working on a range of construction projects including residential builds, commercial developments, and civil sites. You'll need to be alert, take direction well, and have the initiative to get stuck in. We want people who aren't afraid of hard work and know how to hold their own on a busy work site. If you're reliable, committed, and eager to grow - this is a great opportunity to prove yourself.
- Assisting tradespeople and site managers with daily tasks
- Carrying out general site labouring duties (cleaning, moving materials, site preparation and more)
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Operating hand and power tools as required
Days & Hours
- Monday to Friday - standard hours (typically 7:00am-5:00pm)
- Some Saturday work may be available depending on the job
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience on construction sites preferred but not essential
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- A strong work ethic, reliability, punctual and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Must hold the legal right to work in New Zealand
Additional requirements:
- Applicants may be required to complete a pre-employment drug test.
- A valid Site Safe Passport or similar certification would be an advantage.
