QUALIFICATIONS
- B.S. degree in civil engineering
- New Jersey PE certification
- 10+ years of progressive experience servicing private clients, managing infrastructure projects, or designing land development projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal and collaboration skills
Additional Criteria:
- CME, CFM, or PP
- Site development experience
- Experience in public testimony before Land Use Boards
- GIS and Hydraflow software experience

Project Management and Leadership:
- Lead a diverse range of projects, including road rehabilitation, stormwater management, land development, and utility design
- Spearhead capital improvement initiatives for clients in the public sector
- Expertly handle scheduling, proposal creation, budget setting, estimate generation, design and construction challenges, and other project management responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze detailed technical designs, construction drawings, and specifications
- Guarantee exceptional projects that are on time and within budget
Client Support and Public Engagement:
- Foster strong relationships with clients, community members, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with consultants, government agencies, contractors, and partners at every stage to ensure seamless execution
- Attend and participate in municipal planning, zoning, and land-use board meetings
- Actively engage in project meetings with clients
- Conduct thorough reviews of municipal development applications
- Deliver comprehensive monthly reports to clients
Team and Business Development:
- Empower junior engineers by mentoring them and nurturing their professional development and technical knowledge
- Take an active role in marketing initiatives, crafting strong proposals, maintaining enduring relationships with existing clients, and pursuing new construction, land development, and infrastructure opportunities
