Civil Engineer

• Conduct site visit and gather all required information from the end user.
  
• Preparing the elaborated BOQ based on site visit and requirements.
  
• Collecting quotations from subcontractors/suppliers in co-ordination with procurement engineer.
  
• Gathering technical data sheet for all required materials.
  
• Preparing estimation/cost sheet
  
• Preparing quotation and submit to sales team/client
  
• Follow up with customer/technical discussions/meeting with customer
  
• Preparation of work schedule and drawings.
  
• Preparing method statement and risk assessment for client approval.
  
• Arranging material submittal for client’s approval
  
• Arranging procurement/delivery of material
  
• Deployment of subcontractors
  
• Coordination with HSE Officer/team
  
• Supervision/monitoring of the work progress
  
• QA/QC Works / formats
  
• Ensuring timely completion of the work as per schedule.
  
• Prepare project completion reports along with photographs before and after the works.
  
• BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering
  
• FM Experience (5+ years in the Middle East).
  
• MMUP Grade C (preferred /added advantage)
  
• Knowledge about QCS-2014 (advantage )
  
• Light Driving License is mandatory (Qatar Driving License)
