As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will deliver professional advice across technical due diligence, contract administration, dilapidations, and project delivery, while developing strong client relationships and contributing to continued business growth.

The Role:

• Deliver commercial building surveying services including:
 – Contract administration
 – Technical due diligence
 – Dilapidations
 – Building pathology
• Produce high-quality reports and documentation
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Contribute to business development and fee generation

The Person:

• MRICS / SCSI qualified with a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
• Commercially astute with experience in a proactive consultancy environment
• Excellent technical building knowledge and strong project delivery skills
• Strong report writing and client presentation abilities
• Embraces technology and innovation in service delivery
• A confident communicator and effective team player
