Responsibilities- Lead Site Operations – Supervise carpentry crews and subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Problem Solving – Collaborate with consultants, project engineers, and managers to address site challenges.
- Schedule Management – Help build and maintain project schedules, documenting daily activities in the Daily Diary.
- Ensure Efficiency & Quality – Oversee projects to guarantee they are conducted efficiently, effectively, and meet customer expectations.
- Mentorship – Coach and develop Foremen and Supervisors to enhance their skills and leadership abilities.
- Safety Compliance – Ensure all safety policies are followed, maintaining a secure and compliant job site.
Qualifications- Education – Red Seal Carpenter ticket required.
- Experience – Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising carpentry teams in civil construction, with hands-on carpentry experience in concrete and formwork.
- Skills – Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
