Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is hiring Temporary 3rd Shift Building Surveyors � 100% Travel

3.5-Month Contract | 100% Travel | Starting in Minneapolis

We�re looking for detail-oriented, dependable team members to join us on a short-term project surveying quick service restaurants across multiple U.S. cities. This is a full-time, temporary role (about 3.5 months) with all travel expenses covered. You�ll work overnight shifts, starting in Minneapolis, then traveling to locations in Kansas, Ohio, Michigan, and Philadelphia.

What You�ll Do

• Visit restaurant locations during overnight hours.
• Use a standard tape measure to take accurate building measurements.
• Record and organize data according to client requirements.
• Take clear photos as needed to document site conditions.
• Work efficiently to meet daily/weekly survey goals.
• Maintain a professional attitude and represent Sevan positively with on-site contacts.
• Follow all safety guidelines while working on site.

What We�re Looking For

• No architectural or engineering degree required � training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to travel nationally for the full project duration (100% travel).
• Willingness to work overnight shifts in different cities each week.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or in pairs.
• Basic technology skills (smartphone, email, online forms).
• Valid driver�s license and ability to be insured for rental cars.
• Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and using a ladder if needed.

Work Conditions & Travel

• 100% travel � all lodging, flights, rental cars, and per diem provided.
• Overnight shifts (generally starting late evening through early morning).
• Work indoors and occasionally outdoors, in varying weather conditions.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to changing schedules.

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated compensation range for the position is $25.00 - $35.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, and a matching 401K plan for the length of your temporary employment.
